I didn't do a February Monthly favourites as I didn't really try anything new & anything that was a favourite of mine had already been featured enough on my blog. I try not to be too repetitive with the products I feature but obviously the ones I love will make quite a few appearances but most of this months favourites have never been on my blog before!
At the beginning of March I decided I wanted to ombre my hair again so I picked up this
Touch of Silver Purple Shampoo to reduce the brassy tones. I can really see a difference after using it, my ends are a nicer shade of blonde. I use this a couple of times a week, it does say to use it in between washes to avoid product build up but I don't always do this & haven't turned my hair purple, yet! It does make my hair feel quite dry but it's nothing that a good condition afterwards can't fix! I've been wearing the
Revlon ColorBurst Crayon Matte Balm in the shade Elusive almost everyday for work recently. It's such a lovely pink shade which I find is ideal for everyday wear, it's really pretty & whilst it doesn't last a great amount of time I like that it adds a wash of colour to my lips. I've been carrying the
Natural Collection Vanilla Body Spray in my handbag as I always like to have a fragrance on me to use after work rather than keeping an actual bottle of perfume in my bag, for £2 it's such a bargain & vanilla scents are my favourite! I wrote a post on the
Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water & I have used it everyday since. It's a quick & easy way to remove the bulk of my makeup before a second cleanse. I can't recommend this micellar water enough to you all, for less than £5 it does an amazing job at removing makeup (including Benefit They're Real Mascara!!), & it feels refreshing on my skin.
Batiste Dry Shampoo has been my life saver this month, I've not really been a big user of dry shampoo in the past although I've always had a bottle floating around my room I just never felt that I needed to use it. However this month my hair has been getting greasy quicker than usual & washing my hair is an actual chore to me so being able to spray this all over & achieve fresh looking hair is my kinda product! I repurchased
Revlon PhotoReady Foundation after not having it in my makeup collection for ages. It's one of my favourite drugstore foundations, the shade is a good match, I love the dewy finish it gives my skin & it lasts all day whilst I'm at work. My absolute favourite product is definitely
NYX Powder Blush in Peach it's the most prettiest shade, it's really pigmented so a little goes a long way & it's only £6! I picked mine up in Next but you can also purchase it from the NYX website which I've just had a little peak at & now I need another 5 blusher shades in my life!
