World's Biggest Coffee Morning

There's not much I love more than a sweet slice of Cake & cup of Tea, but it's even better if it's for a good cause. For the 8th year running Marks & Spencer are the official partner of Macmillan's World's Biggest Coffee Morning & have helped to raise over £10 million for the charity. Not only are they holding Coffee Morning events in their cafes they are also donating 10% of sales from the Macmillan branded Tea, Coffees & Cakes as well as Macmillan homeware items. If that wasn't enough 5p from every Cake & Hot Drink sold in their cafes throughout September will also be donated to Macmillan. By fundraising for the charity M&S are helping to fund Macmillan professionals that support people living with Cancer in their local communities.

Macmillan is a charity very close to my heart, the care & support they provided for my Family was second to none in our time of need, which is why I'm honoured to be a part of the fundraising & helping to promote the event. It's an amazing opportunity to give something back to such an important cause, these fundraising events have a huge impact so lets make an even bigger difference this year. Getting together with friends, family or colleagues with a selection of delicious treats is a simple yet really effective way to raise money for a charity that goes above & beyond.

Pop down to your local M&S store on Friday 29th September for cake & coffee & know by doing this you're supporting a great cause, buy a slice & change a life. I'll be attending the Liverpool Coffee Morning to enjoy a sweet treat but to also to take a look at the other fundraising efforts the store have put together for the campaign.
